Tyelands Cottage

Studio Southsea was commissioned by a leading London interior design studio to support the technical development of multiple bathrooms and WCs within this residential scheme. The project focused on translating a refined interior concept into a comprehensive, build-ready drawing pack to support coordination, fabrication, and on-site delivery.

Working closely to the approved design intent, Studio Southsea produced detailed plans, elevations, and specifications across a series of spaces, including the master bathroom, en-suites, family bathroom, and ground floor WC. Particular care was taken to resolve sanitaryware layouts, lighting positions, joinery interfaces, and material junctions, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the scheme.
